摘要

对妊娠晚期需要引产的单胎初产妇 4 0 0例

随机分为耳针组和对照组各 2 0 0例。耳针组 :选孕妇左耳内分泌、子宫两穴

定穴后用麝香膏固定耳针

令孕妇每隔 2 0分钟自行按压 1次

持续 5分钟

待分娩后 2 4小时取下。对照组 :除产科常规处理外

不做特殊处理。结果耳针组宫口扩张迅速

产程短

产后出血少

新生儿窒息少。
