摘要

经络的作用是运行气血

气和血具有不同的属性和功能

循行于不同的路径之中。运行血的是血管性经络

称之为经络脉 ;运行气的是非管性经络

主要是指纵形的皮肤区带中由神经体液机制介导的信号连锁传递

称之为经络带。血管性经络除运行血液外

血管壁受刺激引起的广泛交感反射是针刺络脉产生针刺效应的基础。针刺引起的经线儿茶酚胺释放及其与神经网络的相互作用构成针刺信号循经传递和放大的基础
