摘要

以头针为主治疗小儿脑瘫２１０例，疗程３个月。结果显效８２例，占３９－１％；有效６７例，占３１－９％；总有效率７１－０％。１～３岁脑瘫患儿总有效率显著高于３＋～７岁组（Ｐ＜０－０１），表明年龄越小效果越好。治疗后患儿甲襞微循环显著改善，表现为微血管数目增多，管袢痉挛解除，血流速度增快，红细胞聚集消失。
