摘要

对 4 0例冠心病患者的血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及过氧化脂质 (LPO)含量进行了针刺前后对比观察

并与 3 0例对照组相比较。提示 :两组治疗 1月后

针刺组SOD活性较对照组明显升高 (P <0 0 5)

LPO含量较对照组显著降低 (P <0 0 5)。说明针刺在治疗冠心病过程中有较强抗氧自由基损伤和脂质过氧化损伤的作用。
