摘要

将蛇鳖软膏灸配合牵引态下针刺与单纯牵引态下针刺治疗随机分组，进行疗效对比分析。结果：两组在统计学上差异有显著意义，前者在多项指标上优于后者。结论：牵引态下针刺能改变突出物与受刺激的神经根之间的位置关系，蛇鳖软膏灸能抑制神经根水肿和炎性反应。两者配合治疗，能提高疗效、缩短疗程、减少后遗症状。
