摘要

用前房灌注生理盐水的方法造成急性高眼压家兔模型。治疗组家兔每日电针“后三里”，发现电针能够减少视网膜脂质过氧化物产物丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）产生，并可以增加视网膜超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、全血谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨＰｘ）水平。说明电针改善眼底脂质过氧化物损伤可能与电针对ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨＰｘ的调节有关。
