摘要

对２５８例妊娠３７～４４周的单胎孕妇进行了单纯无负荷试验（ＮＳＴ）与耳穴＋ＮＳＴ前瞻性对比研究，结果：阴性的预测价值及敏感性两组相似（Ｐ＞０－０５）；假阳性率耳穴＋ＮＳＴ组低于ＮＳＴ组（Ｐ＜０－０１）；特异性、阳性预测价值、总有效率耳穴＋ＮＳＴ组高于ＮＳＴ组，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０－０１）。提示：耳穴＋ＮＳＴ是一种简便、安全、临床价值较高的产前监护试验，值得推广。
