摘要

采用电针配合穴位注射治疗强迫症 3 0例

同时与口服氯丙米嗪对照组 3 0例相比较。观察8周后两组总有效率分别为 83 3 %和 86 7% (P >0 0 5)。两组治疗前后Y BOCS、HAMD量表总分差异显著 (P <0 0 1 )

而两组间比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5)。研究结果提示电针配合穴位注射治疗强迫症与氯丙米嗪的疗效相仿

且效果稳定

无药物副作用。
