摘要

采用放射免疫法分期分组观察了骨折家兔的性激素、生长激素、皮质醇及垂体—甲状腺轴的变化

结合光镜观察甲状腺体、图像分析甲状腺滤泡

结果表明针刺能够促进性激素、生长激素分泌

抑制骨折后肾上腺皮质功能的亢进

解除垂体—甲状腺轴的抑制

其调节作用贯穿于整个骨折愈合的过程中

但以骨折的中、后期为著

说明针刺能促进骨折愈合。
