摘要

将患者随机分为针刺配合服碘治疗组和纯补碘对照组两组，在严格可比的条件下进行。取穴：气瘿、足三里、太溪、手三里穴，每日针１次，每次留针２０分钟，１０天为一疗程。疗程间休息７天，两组均为３个疗程。临床观察表明：治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为７３．１７％和９８．５６％，对照组治愈率和总有效率分别为１６．２２％和４０．５４％，Ｐ＜０．０１。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。说明针药结合可提高青少年地方性甲状腺肿大的治愈率
