摘要

将１０５例腰椎间盘突出症患者（突出物≤０３ｃｍ），按２∶２∶１的比例随机分为３组，即蛇鳖软膏灸治疗组４２例，单用蛇鳖软膏为对照１组４２例，外贴硬膏麝香止痛膏为对照２组２１例。统计学分析结果显示，治疗组与对照１组相比，有效率差异无显著意义（Ｐ＞００５），但在优良率上前者明显较高（Ｐ＜００５）；对照１组与对照２组比较，疗效差异有非常显著意义（Ｐ＜０００５）。
