摘要

针刺ＡＤＨＤ１５５例和利他林５８例对照研究，经３个月治疗后两组即时总有效率分别为８２．５０％和８７．９３％（Ｐ＞０．０５），停止治疗１个月后两组总有效率８２．５８％和３２．７６％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。针刺对多动冲动型、混和型、注意障碍型总有效率分别为９１．８３％、８５．５１％、６４．８６％。针刺疗效与患者年龄及疗程长短密切相关，年龄较小和疗程较长，均有利于提高疗效。研究结果提示针刺对ＡＤＨＤ疗效较好，且较口服利他林效果稳定。
