摘要

选用雌性恒河猴１９只，随机分组，实验组１０只，自身对照组６只，空白对照组３只。采用针刺方法，观察针刺对恒河猴ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ、Ｅ２、Ｔ、Ｐ分泌水平的影响。结果表明，针刺在垂体和卵巢水平上同时对雌性恒河猴的生殖内分泌产生抑制性效应，其作用机理，有待进一步观察。
