摘要

将４２例病程在７天以内的患者随机分成电针药物组和药物组，观察电针对急性脑梗塞患者的临床疗效。结果发现两组患者的神经功能缺损经住院治疗后均有明显恢复（Ｐ＜０．００１）。电针加药物组患者恢复８．２±３．４分，药物组恢复５．１±３．４分，电针加药物组患者的神经功能缺损恢复程度明显优于药物组（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示电针有促进急性脑梗塞患者神经功能缺损恢复的作用，对急性脑梗塞有治疗作用
