摘要

为了探讨针灸加拔火罐对原发性痛经的治疗效果

对 1 43例进行了比较研究

采用针灸加拔火罐治疗 98例

有效率 94 9%

其中治愈率为 56 1 %

治疗效果明显优于药物组 (P <0 0 1 )。同时在治疗前后收集经血做前列腺素F2 (PGF2 )测定

对治疗机理做了初步探讨。
