摘要

采用辣根过氧化物酶 (CT HRP)追踪足三里穴的脊髓投射方法

观察了足三里穴和对比区的神经在脊髓神经节的不同数标记的神经细胞

证实了足三里穴与非穴位的HRP追踪发现在脊髓节段上基本相同

但在节段的标记数目上却有明显的不同

两组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5)。证明穴位区的神经传导功能比非穴位区强

针刺时可能在脊髓的相应节段产生不同功能表现

在穴区与非穴区局部存在着不同的神经构筑。
