摘要

针刺可以反射性的引起中枢神经向应激态转变，改善人体各种生理生化指标，加速恢复机体的平衡状态，从而使超负荷运动造成的运动性疲劳征得以解除。治疗组与对照组相比，在心率、肌力、血糖、ＬＤＨ、ＣＰＫ等方面均有显著性差异，证实确实有抗疲劳的作用。
