摘要

通过ＴＣＤ诊断仪检测血管性头痛患者颅底脑血流变化，发现血管性头痛患者在发作期和间歇期均存在异常，经过针刺治疗后，４种不同的流速异常均有所改善，同时观察到针刺前后ＭＣＡ、ＩＣＡ、ＰＣＡ、ＶＡ的变化均有显著意义（Ｐ＜００１，Ｐ＜００５），而ＡＣＡ、ＢＡ的变化无显著差异（Ｐ＞００５），表明针刺对颅内血流具有正性调整作用，使脑血流趋向正常。
