摘要

将９０例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分成治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组和对照组（Ⅲ组）。经研究比较，结果表明：总有效率Ⅰ组为８６７％，Ⅱ组为９３３％，Ⅲ组为６００％，治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组与对照组比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜００１）。治疗组的临床症状改善、血糖、尿糖下降、血脂代谢紊乱的纠正均较对照组优（Ｐ＜００５或Ｐ＜００１），说明穴位敷贴配合小剂量降糖药能有效治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病，并能减少药物副反应及并发症的发生。
