摘要

以荷Ｗ２５６大鼠为观察对象，观察“神阙”穴隔药灸抗肿瘤化疗药物氟尿嘧啶（５Ｆｕ）消化道毒性反应的疗效。结果显示：“神阙”穴隔药灸能促使胃粘膜ＰＧＥ２水平、胃粘膜血流量明显升高，使胃粘膜损伤指数降低，胃粘膜厚度较化疗组略有增厚。表明“神阙”穴隔药灸对化疗药物（５Ｆｕ）所致胃粘膜损伤有保护作用，此与其提高胃粘膜ＰＧＥ２水平、改善胃粘膜血流量有关。
