摘要

采用成人及胎儿新鲜肢体标本，以Ｈ．Ｅ染色切片、Ｃａｊａｌ－Ｆａｕｏｒｄｋｙ染色方法及普鲁士蓝氯仿淋巴灌注，观察足三里穴显微结构。结果显示：足三里穴的血管袢分布及毛细血管球、神经分支及细小分支的数量同非穴位处有显著性差异，穴区普遍存在着大神经分支；淋巴管袢数量同非穴位处比较也有显著性差异。认为穴位的针刺感受组织是神经、血管及淋巴管的复合结构，即穴位的“穴位立体构筑”
