摘要

以耳郭反射（ＰＲ）、酸性磷酸酶（ＡＣＰ）组织化学检测为指标，观察电针对豚鼠庆大霉素（ＧＥ）耳中毒引起的ＡＣＰ变化的影响。结果：ＧＥ组在２、４和８ｋＨｚ纯音ＰＲ阈值明显升高，ＡＣＰ出现移位，显色变淡或消失，毛细胞受损显著；针刺组ＰＲ阈值升高幅度明显低于ＧＥ组（Ｐ＜００１）；ＡＣＰ显色变化和毛细胞损害的程度均明显低于ＧＥ组。结果表明针刺能减轻ＧＥ的耳毒性。保护耳蜗毛细胞内溶酶体的完整性，防止毛细胞的自溶性损伤可能是针刺的作用机制之一。
