摘要

在四肢骨科手术中采用针刺内麻点麻醉７３例，同时设用其他穴位针刺麻醉对照组５５例和常规药物麻醉对照组６０例，结果发现内麻点针刺麻醉效果最好。其中针刺内麻点组和常规药物麻醉组各取２１例，测定术前、术中和术后血中β内啡肽和血管紧张素Ⅱ，发现针刺内麻点组术中和术后血中β内啡肽明显升高，血管紧张素Ⅱ两组无明显差异。
