摘要

采用凝闭大鼠大脑中动脉致局灶性脑缺血模型，研究脑缺血区脑组织Ｇｌｕ、Ａｓｐ的含量。结果显示，缺血６０ｍｉｎ后，脑组织Ｇｌｕ、Ａｓｐ升高均有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示ＥＡＡ（Ｇｌｕ、Ａｓｐ）参与缺血区神经元的损害。电针督脉经“百会”、“大椎”２穴１０ｍｉｎ后，可有效地降低脑组织中Ｇｌｕ、Ａｓｐ的含量，阻止神经元继发性坏死，将为临床针灸治疗缺血性中风提供理论依据。
