摘要

６０例患者按随机表分成３组，Ａ组雌激素组，Ｂ组针刺组，Ｃ组针刺＋雌激素组，各为２０例，进行临床治疗观察。结果Ａ组有５例排卵，Ｂ组有１２例排卵，Ｃ组有１４例排卵，Ｂ、Ｃ二组的疗效与Ａ组比较差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜００５，Ｐ＜００５）。同时，Ｂ、Ｃ二组卵泡早期的雌二醇水平在排卵与无排卵病例中差异显著（Ｐ＜００５，Ｐ＜００１）。临床结果表明，针刺促排卵的效果与患者体内雌激素水平密切相关。
