摘要

穴注黄芪治疗乙型肝炎病毒慢性携带者７２例，并设两个对照组，即肌注黄芪组２０例和穴注生理盐水组１９例。结果，穴注黄芪组的ＨＢｓＡｇ的阴转率为２７６９％～３７５０％，ＨＢｅＡｇ的阴转率为７０００％～８４２１％，疗效优于对照组，经统计处理Ｐ＜００１或Ｐ＜００５，通过对治疗组和对照组的６个月和１２个月的疗效随访观察，治疗组仍优于对照组。通过对治疗组的乙肝病毒血清学各项指标的近远期疗效比较，无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５），说明治疗组的疗效比较稳定。
