摘要

以完全弗氏佐剂足踝关节注射造成大鼠关节炎动物模型，采用电针、艾灸、刺血和穴位注射４种不同的治疗方法，以痛阈、关节肿胀度及炎症组织中的前列腺素Ｅ２、组织胺、单胺类递质、βＥＰ、ＬＥＫ含量的变化作为观察指标。结果表明：４种疗法与模型组比较均有提高佐剂关节炎大鼠痛阈的作用（Ｐ＜００５，Ｐ＜００１），以电针、穴位注射疗效显著。其镇痛的外周机制可能是通过促使炎症局部致痛物质前列腺素Ｅ２、组织胺、５ＨＴ、ＮＥ减少，镇痛物质（βＥＰ、ＬＥＫ）增加而实现的。
