摘要

运用“清上补下”的方法治疗６个月以内特别是３个月以内的中风肢体运动功能障碍病人３２例，与取阳明经腧穴为主３２例病人做对照观察，运用现代康复医学的评价方法———ＳＩＡＳ法、上田敏偏瘫十二级肢体功能评定及Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ指数等进行临床研究。结果发现，清上补下法组较取阳明经为主组疗效好，说明头、体穴合用较单纯取肢体穴位能进一步促进分离运动的产生、正常运动模式的出现，从而改善肢体的运动情况。
