摘要

以 α-干扰素 2 0万 IU加胸腺肽 1 0 mg

足三里、三阴交和肝俞交替注射

治疗慢性乙型肝炎

同时以 1 0 0万 IUα-干扰素隔日肌注并加胸腺肽 1 0 mg每日肌注为对照。结果肝功能 (SAL T)复常率治疗组与对照组分别为 86 .5 %和 75 .0 % (P>0 .0 5 )

HBe Ag阴转率两组分别为 6 5 .8%和 5 9.6 % (P>0 .0 5 )

HBV-DNA阴转率两组分别为 71 .1 %和 6 9.2 % (P>0 .0 5 )。
