摘要

对目前针灸学中存在的关于腧穴的概念、分类和阿是穴三个问题进行了文献上的考证

提出 :腧穴是人体脏腑经络气血输注出入的特殊部位 ;腧穴分经穴、经外奇穴和阿是穴三类

但内涵应有所变动。即将目前所称的特定穴纳入经穴 ;耳穴、头穴等归属经外奇穴 ;阿是穴则是一种随病 (症 )消长的临时性腧穴

并对其涵义、定位和应用提出己见。
