摘要

采用《汉语失语症检查法》为诊断和疗效判定依据

观察以清心醒神开窍为主针刺治疗

对中风失语症患者自发谈话、口语理解、复述、命名 4项基本言语功能及言语相关症状的影响。结果表明

针刺明显改善失语患者的言语功能

同时可以纠正言语相关症状

是中风失语症康复过程中不可缺少的治疗措施。
