摘要

采用手术造成大鼠坐骨神经损伤模型

进行电针、中药治疗

通过神经功能评价和组织学观察。结果显示 :电针组的神经功能指数 (SFI)、腓肠肌湿重及肌细胞直径与西药组、空白组比较其差异均有显著性意义

与中药组比较无显著性差异

其中电针组优于中药组。提示 :电针的确能更好地促进神经早期的恢复

能明显改善肌肉萎缩的程度。并探讨了其作用机制。
