摘要

十二经筋伴同名经脉

呈向心性分布

不入脏腑

结于关节及筋肉丰厚处

通过结、聚、交、合相互发生联系。经筋赖脏腑经脉气血濡养

具有联缀、约束骨骼

主司关节运动

并维络、护卫周身的功能。其病理变化不外筋急与筋纵

筋急因于外感寒邪、肝胆气热、肝脉不荣、扭伤劳损等

治宜祛邪扶正

舒筋缓急 ;筋纵因于外感热邪、脾胃虚弱、阳气损伤、针刺中筋等

治宜补气益血

荣养经筋。
