摘要

以正常幼儿为对照组

观察和分析了 2 3名 4～ 6岁精神发育迟滞 (MR)患者的听觉无任务P3潜伏期和波幅情况

发现无任务 P3潜伏期与总智商呈高度负相关关系 (r=-0 .77

P<0 .0 1 )

表明无任务 P3可灵敏地指示脑内用于信息加工的有效资源。同时

还观察到电针治疗后患者的 P3潜伏期平均缩短 2 1 .81 ms(P<0 .0 1 )

P3波幅平均升高 1 .2 1μV(P<0 .0 5 )。表明电针可以促进患者的大脑发育

缩短大脑对外界信息的认知加工时间

提高脑内信息加工有效资源的动员程度。
