摘要

采用放免分析法对乳腺增生患者治疗前后血清孕激素、雌激素、促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素、泌乳素进行了测定

并与健康人测定结果对照。结果显示 :健康人除泌乳素外

其他性激素指标都有明显的周期节律变化。乳腺增生患者则性激素分泌节律紊乱

表现为孕激素分泌时间延长 ;雌激素分泌在卵泡期、月经前期升高

而在排卵期降低 ;促卵泡生成素在排卵期降低

黄体期略有升高 ;促黄体生成素排卵期、黄体期均降低。经针刺治疗后下丘脑、垂体、卵巢轴性激素分泌节律基本恢复正常。
