摘要

将６２例患者按病情轻重随机分为电针组和对照组各３１例，治疗７周。观察治疗前后长谷川痴呆评定表（ＨＤＳ）、社会功能活动调查表（ＦＡＱ）、精神认识能力３０题（ＣＣＳＥ）评分值和主要症状、体征的变化，并观察性别、年龄、文化等一般状况。结果发现两组ＨＤＳ、ＣＣＳＥ增高及ＦＡＱ减少有显著性意义；电针组总改善及有效率为８３．８７％，对照组为４８．３９％，显示电针组近期疗效优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００５）。
