摘要

对耳穴贴压预防组３２名和空白对照组３７名小儿进行上呼吸道感染发病情况的比较观察，发现预防组的发病人数及发作持续时间均明显低于对照组，并观察到预防组耳贴后外周血ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４细胞百分率及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值均较耳贴前显著升高，提示耳穴贴压可能是通过增强细胞免疫功能及调整ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值而起到预防小儿上呼吸道感染作用的。
