摘要

以家兔为实验对象

复制了实验性胆总管结石症胆绞痛的病理模型。采用电针刺激兔耳肝胆区和体穴胆俞的方法进行治疗

观察了胆道各部位压力、奥狄氏括约肌肌电、膈神经放电 (作为疼痛指标 )等指标的变化。结果表明 :电针可以抑制病理状态下的胆道压力的上升

促使奥狄氏括约肌肌电的节律性发放

并抑制膈神经放电的增加。说明其有缓解胆绞痛的作用

且效果优于阿托品
