摘要

30例患者经过 2个月的针灸治疗

其中显效 9例

有效 1 8例

无效 3例

有效率 90 %。针灸治疗前后 HDS测试及血浆 TXA2 、6-keto-PGF1α含量测定自身比较

差异均有显著意义 ( P<0 .0 1 )。说明针灸能改善血管性痴呆 ( VD)患者的智能

且能调整患者血浆 TXB2 和 PGI2 的平衡
