摘要

随机对 2 0例患者进行直线相关分析。结果证实 :针刺中风全疗程中

随临床症状、记忆力、体征康复同时

血浆高 LPO含量下降、6 -K-P含量上升、6 -K-P/TXB2 比值 (第 15天 )上升

均有极显著意义 (P<0 .0 0 1)

直线相关统计分析呈现显著负相关性 (P<0 .0 0 1)

TXB2 无显著差异。提示针刺在不影响 TXB2 原有水平基础上

调节了机体对氧自由基失衡的作用并及时促进 6 -K-P含量的升高和 6 -K-P/TXB2 比值的升高

这可能是针刺治疗中风和其它相关疾病取得临床疗效最重要的机理。
