摘要

采用芒针透穴并用升提手法治疗胃下垂

收效明显。本组 5 40例

有效率为 90 7%

其中治愈率为 40 7%。针刺疗效与胃下垂的程度关系密切

Ⅰ度胃下垂治愈率为 77 6 %

Ⅲ度胃下垂治愈率为 1 1 8%

不同程度胃下垂的针刺疗效有非常显著的差异 (P <0 0 0 1 )。同时对针刺治疗胃下垂的机理做了初步探讨。
