摘要

应用隔姜灸配合穴位注射治疗慢性肺原性心脏病 (CPHD) 30例

同时设药物治疗对照组 2 9例进行对照观察。经 3～ 6个疗程治疗并随访观察 1年

临床治愈 3例

占 1 0 .0 % ;显效 1 1例

占 36 .7% ;有效 1 3例

占 43.3% ;无效 3例

占 1 0 .0 % ;总有效率 90 .0 %。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。临床结果表明

艾灸配合穴位注射治疗 CPHD提高了本病治疗的优良率

并使呼吸系感染的发生率大大减少。
