摘要

按面神经损伤平面定位而分型单纯性面神经炎、Bell氏面瘫、Hunt氏面瘫进行针刺治疗

并对 Bell氏面瘫及 Hunt氏面瘫做耳屏—上唇方肌肌电图动态观察。提示疗效与定位的相关规律

面神经的损伤平面越低

疗效越佳

否则反之。
