摘要

以大鼠为受试对象

制备急性脊髓损伤模型

应用督脉电针治疗

动态观察了 SCEP的演变规律。结果表明

针刺组术后各时相点 SCEP波幅的恢复均高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )

而 SCEP的峰潜伏时未见明显改变。提示针刺能促进损伤后 SCEP波幅的恢复

进而说明针刺治疗急性脊髓损伤具有可靠疗效

并就其机理进行了探讨。
