摘要

对中老年痛症患者血瘀状况采用积分的方法

观察艾灸前后积分值的变化

以研究痛症与血瘀证的关系及艾灸从瘀论治的临床效应。结果显示

艾灸前后中老年痛症血瘀之积分值、人次及血瘀程度的轻重、疗效对比

均有极其显著差异 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。提示艾灸对改善中老年痛症血液瘀滞具有良好的效应

艾灸对血液净化作用是其化瘀除痛的主要机理。
