摘要

以成年健康家兔为实验对象

通过淋巴细胞转化试验 (L TT)

二硝基氯苯 (DNCB)和植物血凝素 (PHA)皮肤试验

以及抗疲劳和抗缺氧试验等

观察放血后对其细胞免疫功能和抗应激能力的影响。实验结果证明

超量放血 (每千克体重 6～ 8ml)能提高家兔细胞免疫功能并增强其抗应激能力 (P<0 .0 5

P<0 .0 1 )。
