摘要

采用辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP)逆行追踪与还原型尼克酰胺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶 (NADPH-d)相结合方法

观察大鼠“内关”穴区一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性神经纤维的来源。结果 :当 HRP注入“内关”穴后

在脊神经节的颈 6至胸 1 (C6-T1)节和脊髓前角观察到 HRP-NOS双标记神经元。结论 :“内关”穴区有 NOS阳性感觉和运动神经纤维分布。
