摘要

系统动态观察了血浆胃动素变化情况

并设置非针刺组对照观察。结果表明

对照组在1 5 0 min内血浆胃动素水平波动甚微

范围为 1 35～ 1 46 pmol/ L ;针刺肠经募、合穴后

血浆胃动素水平显著升高

与对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 1 )。认为胃动素分泌的增加

是针刺肠经募、合穴调整消化机能的内在机制之一

且其升高状态至少可持续到起针 6 0 min以上。针刺肠经募、合穴对胃动素分泌的影响同中有异。
