摘要

观察两种频率（５Ｈｚ和１００Ｈｚ）电针对急性佐剂性关节炎大鼠压力缩肢阈及血浆ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ和皮质醇含量的影响。结果表明，这两种频率电针均能明显升高关节炎大鼠痛阈，但两者的作用无明显差异；这两种频率电针均能提高血浆ｃＡＭＰ和ｃＧＭＰ含量，两者对血浆ｃＧＭＰ含量的升高作用有非常显著的差异；５Ｈｚ电针镇痛效应与血浆ｃＡＭＰ含量有显著相关；５Ｈｚ电针能明显升高血浆皮质醇含量。提示不同频率电针可产生不同效应，它们产生镇痛作用的机制可能有所不同
