摘要

观察４０例患者。结果表明：（１）针刺治疗后心绞痛总有效率８５０％，心电图总有效率６７５％。（２）冠心病心绞痛患者血浆ＴＸＢ２、Ｔ／Ｐ显著高于正常对照组，６ＫｅｔｏＰＧＦ１α与正常对照组差异无显著性，针刺治疗后ＴＸＢ２、Ｔ／Ｐ显著降低，６ＫｅｔｏＰＧＦ１α针刺治疗前后差异无显著性。提示：针刺可以改善冠心病心绞痛患者冠状动脉痉挛和闭塞，缓解心绞痛，预防和治疗冠心病。
